  • Keeping records of fixed assets<\/li>\n
  • Payroll accounting, payroll calculation<\/li>\n
  • Contact with customers, individual care for a selected group of customers<\/li>\n
  • Implementation of other commissioned work related to accounting<\/li>\n
  • Creation of periodic VAT, PIT, CIT and other declarations.<\/li>\n
  • Work on software that automates the work of an accountant<\/li>\n
  • Analyze tax changes and implement them in the accounting workflow in cooperation with management<\/li>\n
  • Conducting internal training on current tax changes<\/li>\n
  • Conducting daily briefings with the team<\/li>\n
  • Analysis and supervision of the competence process of individual accountants<\/li>\n
  • Assist and supervise the accounting work of individual accountants<\/li>\n
  • Participation in board meetings and with the management and individual accountants<\/li>\n

    • Knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel<\/li>\n

    • Ability to resolve conflicts and motivate the team to work<\/li>\n
    • Ability to share knowledge and support less experienced employees<\/li>\n
